You will assist to Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives as well as Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals and report directly to the Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualification / Requirements
HND / BSc / MSc / MBA in business administration, marketing or any relevant program.
Must posses minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in shipping / freight forwarding logistic company.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
