Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. A leading player in the Nigerian real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our properties, generating leads, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach target audiences.

- Create and distribute marketing materials, including social media content, flyers, and brochures.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Requirements:

- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- *Experience:* 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.

- *Skills:*

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
