Job Description - Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Utiva is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that will drive business growth, increase brand awareness and positioning, and enhance customer engagement both online and offline. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital and offline channels such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, and other promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing plans, as well as strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, both online and offline
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels
  • Oversee content development and creation, including website content, blog posts, and email newsletters
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, create and curate engaging content, and drive customer engagement and growth
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies
  • Develop and implement offline marketing strategies such as print and radio advertising, billboards, and events
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are executed within budget constraints
  • Develop and manage metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase website traffic and engagement through SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and offline marketing efforts
  • Increase lead generation and conversion rates through targeted campaigns and promotions, both online and offline
  • Increase brand awareness and positioning through effective content creation, social media engagement, and offline marketing efforts
  • Increase customer engagement and retention through effective communication and customer -centric campaigns, both online and offline
  • Increase ROI on marketing initiatives through efficient use of budget and measurement of KPIs
  • Develop and maintain a high -performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, both online and offline
  • Experience in B2B and/or EdTech marketing is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for technology, education, innovation, and offline marketing efforts.
