Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, events, marketing communications, internal communications and media relations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign performance, and track key metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, assess the competitive landscape, and stay informed about industry trends, thereby providing relevant insight for developing brand strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing, Social Media, and content creating strategies that will seamlessly adopt various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media, to promote the brand, establish thought leadership, attain SEO, and Digital Marketing Metrics and KPIs objectives including lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences., and use data-driven analytic insight to to track campaign performance and frequent routine reporting.
  • Effectively manage and implement both internal and external corporate communication initiatives, such as press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure brand alignment in collaborative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC industry experience
  • Proven track record of success in marketing roles, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Significant experience in Digital Marketing Strategies.
  • Time management, organizational, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A good attitude to teamwork. Ability to establish positive working relationships within a dynamic team.
  • Ability to work independently and with some autonomy.
  • Good organization skills and detail-oriented mindset.

Professional Certification :

  • Relevant certification(s) will be an advantage.
