Communicate material delivery schedules and forecasts to suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Support supplier assessments and sourcing with the procurement team.
Attend supplier meetings and participate in negotiations to ensure supply commitments are met.
Address supplier concerns and evaluate performance in coordination with purchasing.
Resolve payment-related issues with suppliers and vendors.
Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure personal and workplace safety.
Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
Actively contribute to team efforts and maintain a collaborative work approach.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a science-related field.
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (an added advantage).
2–3 years of experience in production and materials planning.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of supply chain interdependencies and supplier dynamics.
Fluent in English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
