Our client, an Ikeja based Tier 1 Unit Microfinance Bank seeks to hire highly motivated and experienced MD/CEO for a Mfb. The ideal candidates will be expected to demonstrate insights and performance track records backed by sound educational qualification and relevant business and operational experience in a leading Microfinance Bank.

Job Profile

To manage the strategic, tactical, and operational activities of the branch to ensure sustainable profitability and social impact.

Lead customer acquisition and management by driving positive customer experience

Ensure fidelity to extant policies, controls, and regulations

Provide quality leadership to the branch team.

Prepare and present performance reports covering all aspect of the branch at regular interval
