Media & Content Officer

Job Summary

The Media & Content Officer will support the organization’s visual storytelling and documentation through photography, videography, video editing, and the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, programmes, events, and organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, programmes, field visits, and activations.
* Plan and prepare equipment for photography and videography assignments.
* Edit photos and videos for social media and other digital platforms.
* Produce short-form video content, interviews, testimonials, and programme stories.
* Support the production of documentaries and explainer videos.
* Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing teams on content creation.
* Organize and maintain the organization’s photo and video library.
* Ensure media files are properly named, stored, and backed up.
* Identify compelling stories and moments for digital content.
* Support event and field activity coverage.
* Assist with basic storyboarding, scripting, and content planning.
* Maintain consistent visual quality and organizational brand standards.
