Summary
The Media Production Associate plays a vital role in bolstering the output of Nudge Innovation's productions by facilitating both studio and on-location recording sessions. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of episodes, bridging the gap between technical setup and final content delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment during production shoots.
  • Coordinate logistics for guests and prepare both studio environments and technical gear for filming.
  • Handle the ingestion, secure backup, and systematic organization of all recorded footage.
  • Provide support for the editing process and conduct quality checks on subtitles for Hausa-language episodes.
  • Monitor equipment inventory levels and promptly report any technical malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in adhering to the weekly production timeline to ensure timely delivery of content.
