key responsibilities

1. Social Media Management*
- Manage and grow company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, TikTok - create, schedule and post engaging content about trainings, events, and services.

2. Content Creation & Branding*
- Design flyers, banners, short videos, and write captions, press releases, and articles that promote DEMAG-BEN brand consistently.

3. Event & Training Coverage*
- Provide live coverage, photography/videography, and post-event highlights for all trainings and company programs.

4. Customer Engagement & Online Reputation*
- Respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, manage reviews, and build positive online relationship with followers and clients.

5. Analytics & Campaign Reporting*
- Track social media performance, growth, reach and engagement, run small ads/promotions, and submit weekly media report to Admin/Management.
