Job Description - Mobile App Developer

Summary
Pendeet is looking for an energetic entry-level Mobile App Developer to become part of its expanding technology division. In this position, the selected individual will partner with the engineering unit to build, sustain, evaluate, and enhance the company's mobile platform. The Associate will acquire practical expertise by engaging with a live social commerce environment, focusing on creating customer-facing functionalities, optimizing app efficiency, resolving defects, and working closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers. This opportunity is perfectly suited for a recent graduate or a professional in the early stages of their career who possesses a deep passion for mobile development and a readiness to evolve within a dynamic tech setting.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and upkeep of features within the Pendeet mobile application.
  • Produce code that is efficient, reusable, and easy to maintain.
  • Partner with backend engineers to connect APIs and integrate application services.
  • Work alongside UI/UX designers and product staff to execute design specifications and new features.
  • Conduct testing and debugging sessions to detect and fix functional issues.
  • Help boost the app's speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Engage in code review processes and adhere to established coding standards.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for effective code management and collaboration.
  • Offer technical insights and solutions during product and engineering meetings.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical tasks and support clear development workflows.
