Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist (MEAL)

• Develop and implement tools and protocols for collecting programmatic, sectoral, and operational data.
  


• Coordinate data gathering across company's programs (e.g., SIP, CoP, TTN, LMS, etc.).
  


• Ensure ethical data collection, secure data storage, and data quality assurance.
  

• Lead the development and implementation of company's MEAL frameworks, indicators, and tools.
  


• Track outcomes and outputs aligned with the company's Theory of Change.
  


• Support program teams to embed M&E into project design and execution.
  

• Analyse data using appropriate methods to generate actionable insights.
  


• Produce and disseminate timely performance reports, visualisations, and dashboards.
  


• Facilitate quarterly learning reviews and support strategy adaptation.
  

• Work with R&D teams to synthesise findings into white papers, policy briefs, and reports.
  


• Track trends in education reform and evaluate company's strategic alignment to sector shifts.
  

• Collaborate with government stakeholders, funders, and partners to share data and insights.
  


• Prepare documentation for donor reporting and external accountability purposes.
  


• Support company's visibility by contributing to evidence-based advocacy and thought leadership.
  

• Train company's staff and state-level partners on MEAL practices and tools.
  


• Strengthen MEAL systems at state project levels and across company networks.
  

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Education, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s Added advantage).
  


• At least 3 years’ experience in MEAL (monitoring, evaluation & learning), preferably in education or public sector reform, NFO, NPOs etc.
  


• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  


• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, KoboToolbox, and NVivo/SPSS/Stata.
  


• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
