This role is central to ensuring that a modern telecommunications network remains reliable, scalable, and efficient. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving network systems while collaborating with engineering and operations teams across various environments. The Network Operations Engineer will actively contribute to problem-solving, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact service quality and customer experience. This position requires technical proficiency, independent judgment, and a collaborative mindset to resolve network challenges effectively. You will engage in both routine operations and strategic network enhancements, ensuring high performance across all systems. Accountabilities:
- Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with intermediate to advanced proficiency.
- Assist with testing, quality assurance, and validation of network infrastructure and services.
- Investigate network issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
- Recommend improvements to network systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams to support network reliability and scalability.
- Contribute technical expertise and insights to enhance overall system performance and customer experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of network design, development, and maintenance of complex systems.
- Ability to resolve moderately complex technical problems within established guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working independently with general supervision and clear objectives.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with attention to detail.
