Our client, a reputable organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Head, Enterprise Strategy & Loans.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise strategy and lending initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive sustainable growth of the lending portfolio and profitability.
• Identify new lending opportunities, markets, products, and partnerships.
• Monitor lending performance, portfolio quality, and business KPIs.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Lead the development and review of lending strategies, policies, and processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree/professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in banking, lending, financial services, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of lending, credit processes, portfolio management, and financial analysis.
• Strong strategic, commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
