NOKOUT Officer

• Manage the NOKOUT operations
  
• Ensure that service items, disposable plates, cutleries, stickers, bags used for
  
• food packaging etc. are available
  
• Take record on used stock
  
• Present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance
  
• Communicate with customers, take orders and dispatch (if need be)
  
• Ensure that orders are made, packed, and delivered properly
  
• Coordinate the dispatch riders
  
• Ensure that the cash-out process for the day are done correctly
  
• Close up total sales for the day in the delivery section
  
• Attend to customers’ complaints and enquires
  
• Take note of customers’ feedback
  
• Be aware of the menus that are available
  
• Perform any other task assigned.
  

Requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Ability to learn menu items and specials
  
• Knowledge and understanding of different packaging methods
  
• Knowledge and understanding of business policies and procedures

• BSc. /HND in Marketing, English, Hospitality Management, or any related
  
• field
  
• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer or in related field.

• Must be willing to work long hours and be very responsive
