Job Description - Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care and support to nursing staff in delivering quality healthcare services. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring basic health needs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)

Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of pharmacy and equipment.

Support nurses and other medical staff as needed.

Assist with basic medical supply handling and inventory checks

Assist with any other assigned tasks in the pharmacy.

Requirements

Minimum of Nursing Certification or equivalent healthcare-related certification

Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a healthcare support role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Physically fit to assist patients with mobility and care tasks

Must have Pharmacy experience (hospital or community pharmacy exposure is an added advantage)
