Application Support - Responsible for the Support and Administration of the Bank Application (Finacle, Workflow & Reports) and Services (LINUX) used by the Finacle core support team for business continuity. Ensure smooth running of the core application systems through process issue resolutions and optimisation where required.

Ensure that all work requests/incidents logged on IT Remedy are responded to and resolved within the agreed time frame. Also, ensure that calls are escalated and communicated to the required support area and user.

• First degree in IT and Computer Sciences or any related field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience in IT Operation
• Technical support and management of Core and Peripheral Applications, Effective communication of technical development requirements and stages with stakeholders, Use of Agile frameworks to support software integration and implementation, resolution of product design and implementation to meet business goals
