Summary

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily activities across all construction locations to guarantee that project schedules are met without delay.
  
• Direct the acquisition of essential building materials, including cement, reinforcement bars, sand, and blocks, while negotiating favorable terms with vendors to optimize expenditures.
  
• Supervise the transportation and deployment of materials, heavy machinery, and fleet vehicles to ensure prompt arrival at job sites.
  
• Track project financials and operational expenses in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor to prevent budget overruns.
  
• Facilitate clear communication and resource allocation among the Administration, HR, Site Engineers, and Project Management teams.
  
• Generate comprehensive reports on daily operations, stock levels, and project progress for executive review by the Managing Director.
  
• Design and implement streamlined workflows and systems to enhance overall operational speed and efficiency.
