Job DescriptionAbout Company: Our client is a renowned leading Civil Engineering and Construction firm in Nigeria.
Job Objective: Our client is seeking to hire an Operational Site Auditor who will ensure compliance with the company’s processes and procedures at designated project sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Witness supplies and issuing, and ensure materials are used for the purpose collected for.
Monthly physical inventory checks and ensures that records are kept up to date.
Ensures that wages are booked correctly and not inflated.
Conduct regular head counts and review biometric log reports.
Monitor compliance to processes and procedures on designated project sites/departments.
Perform all Audit related investigations as directed by Management.
Evaluate and review internal control and operational procedures while identifying gaps/areas for improvement to minimize waste and prevent risks.
Ensure Compliance with Government Laws and Company Regulations.
Approves the consumption of materials eg Cement, diesel, Rods, Chippings and Sand on Navision (ERP).
Check site impress expenses, ensure they are project related and due process followed.
Monitor HSE Compliance within Project Sites.
Ensure Store Personnel keep materials in good condition to avoid damage.
Review and sign off daily inward and outward registers kept at Project entrance gate.
Prepare weekly/monthly report of audit findings and recommendations and then submit to CIA.
Raise a Field Inspection Report on any deviation or suspected non-conformity.
Issue notification to Client representatives on scheduled inspections.
Conduct inspection to verify conformity of delivered material and product (with store personnel/supervisor).
Check the drawings on work-face, survey reports, and laboratory test reports (if any).
Make physical check on applicable items on the QC inspection form and fill out accurately all applicable information.
Ensure the QC form is signed by all signatories.
Submit completed report to document controller/supervisor
Requirements
Key Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Accounting or in any related field.
4 years audit work experience, preferably in the Construction Industry.
MSc/MBA is an added advantage.
Fair knowledge in QS.
Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Independence, Verbal Communication and Teamwork •
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites and ERP Applications.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
High attention to detail.

Compensation: Basic Pay ranges BTW N150k – N200k Monthly Gross + other interesting benefits
