Operations Manager

Foodhub by Livio is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of daily operations at our new Lekki Phase 1 location. This role is critical in ensuring efficient coordination between kitchen, delivery, and customer service teams while maintaining high operational standards, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for the food service industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee all daily operations of the Lekki branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the kitchen, delivery, and customer service teams.
  

• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the kitchen, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure they meet operational goals and deliver exceptional service.
  

• Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering of supplies, and stock control to ensure that there is no disruption in service.
  

• Operational Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to Foodhub by Livio’s brand guidelines and operational standards to maintain consistency in service quality.
  

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate operational documentation, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, and communicate any operational challenges to upper management for timely resolution.
  

• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly, ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard.
  

• Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring that they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively and consistently.
  

Requirements

• 3+ Proven experience in an operations or managerial role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.​
  

• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  

• Must reside within proximity to Lekki Phase 1 to ensure efficient and reliable commute.
  

• Flexible availability to work in either the day or evening shift.
  

• The branch will operate from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with two shifts (day and evening).
