Our client is a Wellness and Aesthetics company and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and support the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    

    
 

    

    
Key Responsibilities:

    

    
	•	Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness and aesthetics center

    

    
	•	Ensure smooth workflow across all departments

    

    
	•	Manage staff schedules, performance, and operational compliance

    

    
	•	Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs

    

    
	•	Implement and improve operational processes and standards

    

    
	•	Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

    

    
	•	Prepare reports and support management decision-making

    

    
 

    

Requirements

    

     

    

    
	•	Proven experience in operations or management (wellness/aesthetics/SPA experience is an advantage)

    

    
	•	Strong organizational and leadership skills

    

    
	•	Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    

    
	•	Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

    

    
	•	Attention to detail and professionalism
