The ideal candidate would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves managing operational teams, implementing business strategies, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.
  
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Coordinate with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and asset control.
  
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement operational enhancements.
  
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
  
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
