Job Description - Operations Officer

Our client in the Hospitality sector is seeking to hire an Operations Officer to join their team and offer recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The role involves reviewing existing policies and procedures, proposing changes to boost efficiency, and collaborating with managers to implement new policies and procedures as required.

Responsibilities:

Document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations.

Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations.

Work with managers and employees to implement changes.

Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies.

Determine the effectiveness of new processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in operations within the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience using statistical and database software.

Consulting and project management expertise.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Accommodation: Available for the first year.

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Net/Month.
