Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across office and field sites to ensure alignment and efficiency
  


• Operate, maintain, and provide hands-on training for cleaning and facility maintenance equipment
  


• Monitor task execution and progress to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  


• Enforce adherence to standardized operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
  


• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  


• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions for process optimization
  


• Prepare and deliver clear, concise operational reports and performance updates to management
  


• Foster collaboration between administrative, field, and support teams for seamless coordination
  

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or facility maintenance
  


• Demonstrated hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance equipment
  


• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  


• Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  


• High attention to detail and commitment to following procedures and safety standards
  


• Willingness to work on-site across Ikeja, Lagos
