JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in Daily Operations: Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Shipment Processing: Help process, track, and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage shipments, inventory, and logistics operations data.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and updating customers on the status of their shipments.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and develop and implement effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, the Sciences, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
