Job Description - Order Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary:

Our client is a fast-growing tech retail company that offers gadgets and accessories through online and in-store channels, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

This role ensures all customer orders are processed, packaged, and delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor app orders and prepare items for delivery
Ensure timely dispatch with logistics partners (GIGL, DHL, etc.)
Handle returns, replacements, and tracking updates
Collaborate with inventory and customer service for smooth hand-offs

Requirements

OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in logistics or order processing is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
Must be tech-savvy and proactive
