Order fulfilment Officer

Job description

The order fulfilment Officer would be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating picking, packing, inventory updates, dispatch, and delivery, while ensuring every order is accurate, well-packaged, and delivered promptly.

▪︎Receive, verify, and process customer orders from all sales channels.
▪︎Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately according to company standards.
▪︎Ensure products are properly labelled, sealed, and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
▪︎Verify order accuracy before dispatch to minimize errors and customer complaints.
▪︎Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics providers to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
▪︎Track dispatched orders and follow up on deliveries until customers receive their orders.
▪︎Communicate delivery updates and resolve order-related issues promptly.
▪︎Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and deliveries.
▪︎Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
▪︎Update inventory records after every fulfilled order.
