Summary:

The Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Officer (0–2 years) plays a vital role in advancing Elela-Care’s mission by building and sustaining strategic alliances with government bodies, private sector entities, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and youth networks. This entry-level position focuses on cultivating collaborative relationships that enhance program impact, promote learning, and ensure long-term sustainability. The officer will support the development and management of formal agreements, represent Elela-Care in coordination forums, and contribute to community-level engagement initiatives. Through effective stakeholder coordination and relationship management, the role strengthens institutional credibility, expands referral ecosystems, and supports scalable, systems-level change. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional eager to grow in the field of partnership development and social impact.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, private sector actors, academia, civil society, and youth networks.
Support the drafting, negotiation, and management of MOUs and partnership agreements.
Coordinate partner roles, expectations, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Represent Elela-Care in coordination forums, working groups, and multi-stakeholder networks.
Facilitate engagement with local authorities, community leaders, and grassroots stakeholders.
Support community-level stakeholder engagement and social accountability initiatives.
Contribute to resource mobilization efforts by identifying and pursuing partnership-driven funding opportunities.
Strengthen referral pathways and foster collaboration across program ecosystems.
Maintain accurate stakeholder databases and engagement records.
Support joint learning, co-creation, and shared advocacy initiatives with partners.
