Job Description - Peace Building Assistant

Summary

The Peace Building Assistant plays a vital role in advancing efforts to foster peaceful coexistence, prevent conflicts, facilitate community dialogue, promote reconciliation, and strengthen social cohesion within the community.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the execution of peace-building initiatives and programs.
Coordinate and organize community engagement sessions and dialogue forums.
Contribute to the assessment of community needs and conflict dynamics.
Engage with diverse groups, including youth, women, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
Manage data collection processes, documentation, and the preparation of reports.
Aid in the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing program activities.
