Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective scheduling and reminders.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for the MD.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for the MD.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD.
Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
Liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
Provide meeting support (minutes, summaries, and action points).
Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively offer solutions to improve productivity.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as may be assigned.
Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Business Administration, Office Technology, or related field.
Certification as a Virtual Assistant from ALX, Coursera, or any reputable institution.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools or systems.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Courteous and professional in dealing with people at all levels.
Flexible and reliable, willing to work extended hours as required.
