Job Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and provide rehabilitation and post-surgery care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with a commitment to improving patients' quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs. The role involves working closely with patients to restore mobility, manage pain, and facilitate recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or conditions affecting their mobility and functionality.

* Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients, considering their specific needs and conditions.

* Conduct physical assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations.

* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

* Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.

* Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, treatments, and any changes in patient conditions.

* Promote patient safety and comfort throughout all rehabilitation procedures.

Qualifications/Experience:

* Bachelors degree in Medical Rehabilitation or related field.

* NYSC discharge certificate.

* Current practicing license.

* Previous experience in physiotherapy, particularly in rehabilitation or post-surgery care, is an advantage, but not required for fresh graduates.

Other Requirements:

* A passion for helping others and improving patients quality of life.

* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.

* A patient, compassionate, and empathetic attitude toward patient care.
