Job Objective


As COO, you will oversee customer service, quality management, and process optimization while ensuring seamless execution of our growth strategy.


What you will be doing



  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.

  • Lead and manage all operational functions within the country, including supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational strategies with business objectives and priorities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all areas of the business.

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor operational performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in all operational activities.

  • Develop and nurture a high-performing and engaged operational team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and optimization within the country, and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and gain competitive advantage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities, to support operational objectives and business success.

  • Prepare and present regular reports, updates, and analyses on operational performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management and the board of directors.



What we are looking for



  • 12+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing operations in a complex and dynamic business environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute operational plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve high performance and results.

  • Deep understanding of operational processes, systems, and technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to drive change, manage complexity, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred.
