Description:

·    Configuration
of POS terminals upon request.

·    Troubleshooting
of POS terminals.

·    Regular
visits and support of merchants to ensure up -time on POS terminals.

·    Managing
POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.

·    Render
excellent customer services to merchants.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         HND/BSC in any discipline.

·         Minimum of 1 -3 years’ experience as a
POS Support Representative.

Skills:

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Must be highly organized.
