• Generate, execute, and monitor purchase orders from the initial request through to final delivery, ensuring all documentation is precise and complete.
  
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods and automotive parts to confirm adherence to CarX's exacting quality specifications and relevant industry norms.
  
• Keep detailed procurement records, evaluate expenditure trends, and compile routine cost-analysis reports for senior leadership review.
