Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience with B2B APIs.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.

Product Development

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products.
• Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary contact for all product-related matters.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals.
• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Market and Competitive Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities and strategic business initiatives.

Customer Focus

• Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure a seamless user experience through regular enhancements and exceptional support.

API Expertise

• Design and manage API solutions tailored to business clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver effective product solutions.
