Job Description 

The Product Manager will be the liaison between stakeholders, engineering, and business units to ensure stakeholder strategic goals and business objectives are met, through stakeholder engagement, requirement analysis, technical documentation, and project execution. 

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Internal Stakeholders, to drive product goals. The Product Manager will be responsible for translating the product vision into technical terms, while ensuring the product can compete in the market. Our team is small but highly accomplished. Your voice will be heard and your ideas will make meaningful contributions to the business. 

Responsibilities 

• Managing the Product lifecycle process to achieve the objectives of the product. 


• Liaising with the Engineering and Merchant Acquiring teams to ensure that the product development is aligned with the customer requirements. 


• Developing and building the Product roadmap. 


• Translating Product Strategy into detailed technical requirements. 


• Researching user needs and experience. 


• Generating new ideas to fill product gaps and increase market share. 


• Acting as translator between business and technical community interpreting user needs and translating them into more technical language for the developers (and vice-versa). 


• Lead the collaboration with stakeholders and partners to define scope for projects and enhancements, documents risks and assumptions, develops the delivery approach, and timings. 


• Prepare standard reports with appropriate illustrations in intuitive graphs, charts and other visual representations. 


• Maintain active engagement with the market and ecosystem to keep the business abreast of new opportunities, latest trends as well as regulatory direction.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have 

• A degree in Business Administration/management, Economics or any related discipline.


• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as Product Manager, especially within the fintech or banking sector. 


• Excellent Project Management skills 


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 


• An excellent understanding of Agile methodologies 


• An excellent understanding of software development, APIs and web technology.


•  Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and time management skills. 


• Experience working in cross functional teams .
