About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven Production & Operations Planning Manager to oversee factory-wide planning, production scheduling, capacity optimisation, and quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

This is a senior management role that requires strong, data-driven leadership.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

On-site role.

Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop master production schedules

• Drive KPI monitoring and efficiency improvement

• Manage raw materials, finished goods yield & inventory planning

• Lead HSE planning & compliance

• Oversee logistics and journey management

• Implement quality management systems

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production & operations within manufacturing
• Strong experience managing factory-wide planning & supply chain coordination
• Degree in Engineering / Production Management / Chemistry or related
• Experience implementing quality systems (Lean, Sigma, HACCP preferred)
• Immediate availability or short notice
• Willing to complete a psychometric assessment
