Production Manager

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process in our garment production company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, coordinating with inventory and procurement teams, and maintaining high-quality standards. As a hands-on professional, you'll work closely with our production team to drive productivity and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality garments
- Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and quality control processes
- Conduct regular production meetings with team leads and supervisors to discuss progress, address issues, and set priorities
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, implementing process improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with design and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations
- Analyze production data and metrics to optimize processes and improve productivity

Requirements
- BSc/HND in any related field
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the garment / fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct production teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve production issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
