Role Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, achievement of production targets, product quality, and compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and production personnel
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets
Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, and material usage
Ensure production processes are carried out according to approved procedures
Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, warehouse, and other relevant teams
Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular production reports
