Job Summary
The Programme Delivery Associate will support the development, planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of training, consulting and capacity-development programmes delivered by Supreme Management Training & Consultancy Services Limited.
A key component of the role will be proposal development and business development support, including researching opportunities, contributing to technical proposals, preparing concept notes, developing programme approaches, supporting budget inputs, and assembling documentation for bids, expressions of interest and other client submissions.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team, the Associate will also support programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, activity tracking, documentation, reporting, research and delivery of client engagements.
This is an entry-level role designed for a candidate with 0–2 years of experience who is interested in developing a career in programme management, proposal development, consulting, project delivery and capacity development.
The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to the full programme cycle—from identifying opportunities and developing proposals through implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of technical proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, bids and other business-development submissions.
* Conduct research on prospective clients, funding opportunities, development programmes, government initiatives and emerging market opportunities relevant to the firm's services.
* Assist in reviewing Terms of Reference, Requests for Proposals and other solicitation documents to identify key requirements, deliverables and submission criteria.
* Contribute to the development of programme concepts, methodologies, implementation approaches, workplans, staffing plans and activity schedules for proposals.
* Support the preparation and compilation of organisational profiles, capability statements, consultant CVs, project references and other documentation required for proposal submissions.
* Assist in coordinating inputs from consultants, technical experts and other team members during proposal preparation.
* Maintain a database of proposal opportunities, submission deadlines, client requirements and outcomes of submitted bids.
* Support the planning, coordination and implementation of programmes, projects and client engagements.
* Assist in developing programme workplans, implementation schedules, activity trackers and project-monitoring tools.
* Monitor programme activities, milestones, timelines and deliverables and provide updates to project supervisors.
* Support the organisation and delivery of training programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, study visits and stakeholder engagements.
* Coordinate programme logistics, including participant communication, programme materials, documentation, scheduling and other implementation requirements.
* Assist in preparing programme reports, progress reports, briefing notes, presentations and other client deliverables.
* Conduct desk research and analysis to support programme design, consulting assignments, proposal development and client engagements.
* Support communication and coordination with clients, facilitators, consultants, partners, participants and other stakeholders.
* Participate in programme and project meetings and document key discussions, decisions, action points and follow-up responsibilities.
* Support the collection, collation and basic analysis of programme data for monitoring, evaluation and reporting purposes.
* Assist in identifying implementation risks, operational challenges and areas requiring management attention.
* Maintain accurate and well-organised programme records, proposal files, participant databases, project documentation and related institutional records.
* Work collaboratively with consultants, facilitators and other team members across multiple programme and proposal-development assignments.
* Perform other related duties that contribute to programme development, business development and successful project delivery.
