Programme Associate (0–2 Years' Experience)
Job Summary
Lumilab Innovation Hub is seeking a highly motivated and organized Programme Associate to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of entrepreneurship, innovation, and capacity-building programmes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about startups, innovation, and community development. The successful candidate will work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of incubation, acceleration, training, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the planning, coordination, and execution of entrepreneurship and innovation programmes.
-Assist in organizing workshops, bootcamps, startup events, demo days, and ecosystem engagements.
-Coordinate programme logistics, including participant registration, scheduling, communications, and documentation.
-Engage with programme participants, founders, mentors, facilitators, and partners to ensure a positive programme experience.
-Maintain programme records, monitor participant progress, and support data collection for reporting and impact measurement.
-Assist in preparing programme reports, presentations, proposals, and stakeholder updates.
-Conduct research on innovation ecosystem trends, funding opportunities, and relevant industry developments.
-Support partnership engagement by coordinating meetings and maintaining communication with ecosystem stakeholders.
- Contribute to community-building activities through online and offline engagement initiatives.
-Perform other programme and administrative duties as assigned to support the Hub's mission.
Experience Required: 0–2 years in programme coordination, project management, entrepreneurship support, community engagement, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship, volunteer, or leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
