Job Description - Project & Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to coordinate client projects, account management, and creative production, ensuring work is delivered on time, within available resources, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

* Oversee active client accounts, projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
* Establish timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and project priorities.
* Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays and risks.
* Coordinate workflow between Account Management and Creative teams.
* Ensure briefs, assets, feedback, revisions, and approvals are properly managed.
* Monitor team workload, capacity, and resource requirements.
* Establish quality checkpoints and reduce errors, missed deadlines, and rework.
* Develop and maintain project workflows, SOPs, templates, and trackers.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3–5 years’ relevant experience in project management, agency delivery, account/project coordination, digital marketing, or a similar environment.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
