execution, ensuring proper documentation of inspections and corrective
    measures.
  • Take
the lead in testing and commissioning activities, coordinating with
third-party specialists and client representatives to verify system
    performance and compliance.
  • Train
and mentor site staff, ensuring team members understand project
requirements, quality standards, and health & safety protocols.
  • Coordinate
with electrical, civil, and structural disciplines to resolve interface
issues and achieve seamless integration across trades.
  • Monitor
project progress against baseline schedules; report risks and initiate
    proactive measures to mitigate delays.
  • Enforce
adherence to site safety policies and best practices, in compliance with
    both local and international standards.
  • Liaise
professionally with consultants, contractors, and client teams during site
    walks, coordination meetings, and inspections.
  • Maintain
accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily reports,
redlines, inspection records, material logs, and commissioning reports.
  • Use
software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
for administrative tasks, and AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings and
    generating redlines.

of 10 years of proven site-based experience in mechanical engineering
within MEP execution across building, industrial, and infrastructure
    projects.
  • Prior
experience working in West Africa or similar international project
    environments is highly advantageous.
