Project Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Project Manager to lead diverse projects, from custom software and IT infrastructure to engineering and construction works. This role demands proactive planning, strong coordination, and a commitment to delivering quality results aligned with our core values.

• Lead and manage end -to -end project life cycles across ICT and Engineering projects
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
  
• Coordinate cross -functional teams including software developers, IT engineers, and field technicians
  
• Monitor project progress using tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  
• Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout project delivery
  
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and business objectives
  
• Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
  
• Uphold the BGS Principles in every client and team interaction
  

Requirements

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and ICT service delivery in Nigeria
  
• Experience in datacentre setup, infrastructure deployment, or e -solutions deployments
  
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management
  
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
