Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the daily implementation of field work plans to ensure all community-based activities are executed according to schedule.
  
• Coordinate stakeholder gatherings by preparing agendas, leading discussions, and recording comprehensive minutes along with follow-up action items.
  
• Gather, organize, and refine field data and beneficiary feedback to strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes.
  
• Compose initial status reports, summaries of events, and regular field updates for internal organizational review.
  
• Provide logistical assistance for site inspections, the distribution of resources, and the management of community-level events.
