Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on client needs, specific industry sectors, available funding streams, and institutional priorities.
  
• Generate initial drafts for proposals, concept notes, and expressions of interest based on approved briefs and templates for subsequent review.
  
• Transform research insights and project briefs into well-structured proposals and compelling presentation materials.
  
• Design clear and engaging layouts for proposals, pitch decks, charts, and infographics.
  
• Proofread and format all documents to ensure strict adherence to established organizational guidelines.
  
• Validate all data points, assertions, and source materials prior to their inclusion in official submissions.
  
• Manage an organized digital repository containing past proposals, credentials, and supporting evidence.
  
• Monitor project timelines, track document versions, manage revisions, and oversee submission deadlines and feedback loops.
  
• Identify and analyze relevant grants, calls for proposals, expressions of interest, and procurement opportunities.
  
• Investigate prospective clients and institutions to gather intelligence that informs proposal strategy.
  
• Create presentation materials and assemble necessary supporting documentation for proposal packages.
  
• Integrate stakeholder feedback, verify submission criteria, and maintain comprehensive files and an opportunity tracking system.
