This position supports the Protection team in identifying, documenting, and referring protection concerns through established protocols, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. By working closely with community structures, case workers, and local service providers, the Protection Assistant helps uphold core protection principles across all interventions. The role involves active participation in field monitoring, data collection, community engagement, and reporting, contributing to a more responsive, accountable, and inclusive protection response. The position is essential in strengthening community resilience and ensuring that vulnerable individuals can access protection services safely and with dignity.
