QHSE Strategy & Leadership
- Champion safety and quality as mandatory
cultural expectations across all operations, projects, and day -to -day activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies,
procedures, and management systems.
- Drive QHSE KPIs, (hazard
identification/reporting, incident/near miss reporting, QHSE audit, drills, trainings, workshop, toolbox, meetings, enforce implementation, and ensure reporting compliance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in
safety and quality management.
Operations & Compliance
- Conduct hazard identification, risk
assessments, incident/accident investigations, and ensure corrective/preventive measures.
- Prepare and update QHSE documentation,
including performance report, plans, procedures, forms, and reports.
- Lead QHSE meetings, safety seminars, awareness
campaigns, and drills.
- Ensure compliance with local and international
standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
- Provide technical QHSE support to bids,
tendering, SCM, shipping/downstream operations, and maintenance scopes.
Training & Awareness
- Organize and facilitate regular HSE/QAQC training
for staff and contractors.
- Increase company -wide awareness and
realignment to QHSE best practices.
- Mentor employees and foster leadership
pipeline through professional development in safety and quality.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal departments
(Engineering, Projects, SCM, HSE, Admin) to ensure integrated QHSE compliance.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring
safe, reliable, and quality service delivery.
- Represent the company before clients,
regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders on QHSE matters.
