Job Description - Quality Assurance & Control Supervisor

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance & Control Supervisor ensures that all products meet Stemme quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect products during and after production.

Develop and enforce quality standards.

Identify and document defects.

Recommend corrective actions.

Monitor compliance with production specifications.

Conduct quality audits and checks.

Train staff on quality procedures.

Prepare quality performance reports.
