Quality Assurance Assistant

Role Summary

1.Support the QA team in ensuring iT Central’s digital products and solutions meet required standards of functionality, usability, and reliability.
2. Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking issues before products are released to users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct functional and usability testing of products and features.
2. Execute test cases and document test results.
3. Identify, reproduce, and report bugs and product issues.
4. Track reported issues through to resolution.
5. Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and product updates.
6. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
7. Verify that developed features meet documented requirements.
8. Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and checklists.
9. Collaborate with developers and Product/Project teams to resolve identified issues.
10.Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
