Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction costs, tendering, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Management: Manage construction costs, tendering, and contract administration

2. Quantity Surveying: Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and cost reports

3. Collaboration: Work with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

4. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder and ensure minimal escalations

Requirements

1. Qualification: BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in the real estate industry

3. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
